Refund Policy

1. Purity Guarantee

PeptaCo LLC guarantees that all lyophilized peptide compounds are HPLC-tested to ≥99% purity prior to shipment. Reconstitution solvents (bacteriostatic water, 0.6% acetic acid) are sold at their stated USP/standard concentration and are not subject to the ≥99% peptide-purity guarantee. If you receive a batch that does not meet this purity threshold, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us with your order number and batch number and we will process your refund promptly within 1–2 business days.

2. Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds are issued for the following reasons:

• Compound purity does not meet ≥99% as verified by HPLC
• Incorrect item received
• Product arrived damaged, compromised, or unsealed
• Purity or COA documentation does not match batch specifications

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

• Submit a support ticket
• Include your order number, batch number, and a brief description of the issue
• For damaged items, please attach photographs

We will respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically reflect within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. No Physical Returns Required

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not require physical returns. Refunds are issued without requiring you to ship anything back.

5. Exceptions

The following situations may not qualify for a standard refund:

• Claims submitted more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
• Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
• Products that were misused, improperly stored, or handled outside of research laboratory protocols
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or Waiver Agreement

All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to contact us regardless of circumstances.
