I, the purchaser, acknowledge and confirm that all products purchased from PeptaCo LLC are intended exclusively for in-vitro scientific research purposes. I understand that these compounds are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human consumption, therapeutic application, diagnostic use, or veterinary use of any kind.
I acknowledge that I am a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional, and that I will use all purchased compounds solely within the context of lawful, controlled scientific research, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
By purchasing from PeptaCo LLC, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the handling, storage, and use of research-grade chemical compounds. I acknowledge that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge PeptaCo LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, and liabilities of any kind — known or unknown — arising out of or related to my purchase or use of any PeptaCo LLC product.
This release includes but is not limited to claims arising from personal injury, property damage, or violation of any local, state, or federal law resulting from my use of purchased compounds outside of lawful research purposes.
This release does not apply to, and nothing in this Agreement waives or limits, liability for gross negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct, or fraud by PeptaCo LLC, or any right or remedy that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law. If any provision of this release is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
By placing an order, I represent and warrant that:
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptaCo LLC from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising out of or related to my breach of this Waiver Agreement, my use of purchased products, or my violation of any applicable laws.
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for determining whether the compounds I purchase are legal to purchase, possess, and use in my jurisdiction. PeptaCo LLC makes no representations regarding the legality of its products in any specific state, territory, or country outside the scope of U.S. research chemical regulations.
This Waiver Agreement constitutes a binding legal agreement between the purchaser and PeptaCo LLC. By completing a purchase on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase from PeptaCo LLC.
