Summary: Orders over $250 ship free. All orders ship discreetly. Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–7 business days depending on the method you choose. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on business days or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates are based on business days from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather events, or holidays.
All packages are shipped discreetly with no external markings identifying the contents or PeptaPeptides branding on the outer packaging.
PeptaCo LLC currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time. We are evaluating expanded shipping regions and will announce updates on our website.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the email is sent.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors before contacting us — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date (consistent with the claim window in our Refund Policy). We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a refund as appropriate.
Photographs of damaged packaging are required to process a damage claim. Contact us by submitting a support ticket.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. PeptaCo LLC is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address information. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we can correct it before shipment if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
PeptaCo LLC is registered with the Arizona Department of Revenue under Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax license #21660500. Orders shipped to Arizona addresses are charged Arizona TPT at our combined state/county/city rate (currently 8.7%), which appears as a separate line item at checkout and on your order confirmation.
Orders shipped to other U.S. states are not currently charged sales tax. (We do not have sales-tax nexus elsewhere.) Sales tax is not applied to shipping charges. If you believe you have been incorrectly taxed, contact us and we will review.
