By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. PeptaCo LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders suspected of violating these terms or our policies.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Card payments are not currently available. Orders are paid using the manual payment methods offered at checkout (currently Zelle bank transfer, with other arrangements available by contacting us). Because these are bank-to-bank transfers, payments are generally not reversible once sent — please review your order carefully before sending payment. An order is not confirmed, and no inventory is reserved, until we verify receipt of your payment.
Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax is collected on orders shipped to Arizona addresses under our TPT license #21660500 and is shown as a separate line at checkout. Orders shipped to other U.S. states are not currently charged sales tax. See our Shipping Policy § 8 for details.

This provision does not deprive you of any non-waivable consumer-protection right available to you under the law of your state of residence.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Research-Use-Only Policy, Waiver Agreement, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PeptaCo LLC regarding the website and any purchase, and supersede any prior understandings. Each of those policies is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
